VizNow provides an AI-powered visual narrative agent, collaborative workspace, and video enhancement service. Our Service analyzes user inputs, conducts web research, generates scripts, and applies visual enhancements based on user instructions.

User Content & Workspace Data

When you use VizNow’s workflow, we collect and temporarily store:

  • Ideation & Prompts: Text prompts, topic concepts, and custom instructions you provide to our AI agent.
  • Media Assets: Video and audio files uploaded for processing.
  • Workspace Edits: Real-time changes you make to generated outlines, scripts, and visual layouts within the VizNow editor.

Usage & Telemetry Data

Collected automatically to manage compute resources and improve the Service:

  • IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.
  • Interaction timestamps (e.g., features used, render actions triggered, credit consumption events).
  • Diagnostic data regarding rendering errors or AI generation failures.

3. How We Use Your Data

VizNow may use your data for the following purposes:

  • To Provide the Service: To execute your prompts, conduct requested web searches, generate scripts, and render visual enhancements.
  • To Manage Your Workspace: To autosave your “Living Document” progress so you can resume editing later.
  • To Manage Billing: To track compute credit usage and process subscription renewals.
  • To Improve the Product: To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage trends (e.g., which visual layouts are most popular) to optimize our UI and rendering engine.

We do not sell your Personal Data or User Content.

4. AI Processing, Third-Party Providers & Data Sharing

To deliver our advanced AI capabilities, VizNow relies on secure Third-Party AI Providers (e.g., LLM APIs, Web Search APIs, and Cloud Rendering infrastructure).

How your data interacts with Third Parties:

  • Data Transmission: When you input a prompt or upload audio, relevant text transcripts or instructions are securely transmitted to our Third-Party AI Providers to generate outlines, scripts, or search the web.
  • Strict Confidentiality: We only partner with enterprise-tier AI providers who are contractually bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Our AI Training Policy (Zero-Training Guarantee)

We respect the intellectual property of creators.

  • VizNow does NOT use your private User Content (including videos, audio, scripts, or text prompts) to train our proprietary foundational AI models.
  • Furthermore, our enterprise agreements with Third-Party AI Providers explicitly prohibit them from using your submitted data or generated outputs to train their public or commercial models.

5. Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and securing your workspace session.
  • Functionality Cookies: Used to remember your interface preferences.
  • Analytics Cookies: Used to track workflow conversion rates and identify software bugs.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit access to your workspace.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Workspace Data: Your uploaded videos, generated scripts, and visual assets are retained in your active workspace so you can continue editing. You may manually delete specific projects within the app.
  • Account Deletion: You may request full deletion of your account and associated data by contacting 📧 [email protected]. Upon verification, we will permanently delete your User Content and Generated Outputs from our active databases within 7–14 business days, subject only to legal, security, or billing retention requirements.

7. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Service Providers: Cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, GCP), payment processors (e.g., Stripe), and the aforementioned Third-Party AI Providers.
  • For Legal Compliance: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
  • Business Transfers: As part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, provided the acquiring entity honors this Privacy Policy.

8. Security of Your Personal Data

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
