- To Provide the Service: To execute your prompts, conduct requested web searches, generate scripts, and render visual enhancements.
- To Manage Your Workspace: To autosave your “Living Document” progress so you can resume editing later.
- To Manage Billing: To track compute credit usage and process subscription renewals.
- To Improve the Product: To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage trends (e.g., which visual layouts are most popular) to optimize our UI and rendering engine.
We do not sell your Personal Data or User Content.
4. AI Processing, Third-Party Providers & Data Sharing
To deliver our advanced AI capabilities, VizNow relies on secure Third-Party AI Providers (e.g., LLM APIs, Web Search APIs, and Cloud Rendering infrastructure).
How your data interacts with Third Parties:

- VizNow does NOT use your private User Content (including videos, audio, scripts, or text prompts) to train our proprietary foundational AI models.
- Furthermore, our enterprise agreements with Third-Party AI Providers explicitly prohibit them from using your submitted data or generated outputs to train their public or commercial models.

- Workspace Data: Your uploaded videos, generated scripts, and visual assets are retained in your active workspace so you can continue editing. You may manually delete specific projects within the app.

Upon verification, we will permanently delete your User Content and Generated Outputs from our active databases within 7–14 business days, subject only to legal, security, or billing retention requirements.
